Credit check is ran only when notified. ($30.00 per person as of 2015) We do NOT accept online FREE credit checks i.e. Credit Karma...only Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion no more than 4 to 6 weeks old.
Incomplete applications cannot be processed.

APPROVAL PROCESS
To qualify you must have a move-in date no later than 4 weeks.
You must earn at least 3 times the amount of rent to qualify. ($2500 per month Lease = minimum combined income of $7500 per month.)
Bad credit, short sales, BK's may be considered and/or accepted, however you must show stable employment, financial security, and will be subject to Owner's final approval.
Pet policy subject to Owners approval. If property is PET FREE no pets will be allowed
Roommates are accepted, but each roommate will be approved on an individual basis. We may accept local (Orange County) co-signers on case by case basis with Owner's final approval.
